Our house hates us!!!

Ever since Andrea and I moved into our lovely house in February, it seems like something has been going wrong with it! First the door handle to the bathroom broke and locked Andrea in the bathroom for an hour until I came home. Then the dishwasher broke and leaked copious amounts of water all over the kitchen floor. Then the washing machine pipe sprung a leak and the fridge decided to freeze our vegies. The biggest disaster of all though, was when Karen got locked in the bathroom a month or so ago by the previously mentioned dodgy door handle. In contrast to when it happened to Andrea, people were actually home when Karen was locked in the bathroom but the door handle was so broken we couldn't open the door. So instead Karen had to climb out the window and the bathroom door stayed locked for three days until our landlord got around to sending a person over to fix it.

So far I've been lucky and haven't been locked in any rooms in our house but I'm sure it's just a matter of time. I just hope it's not the toilet because the window isn't very big!!
